As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cybersecurity of our Operational Technologies (OT) environment in manufacturing. You will work in a global environment, collaborating with colleagues from multiple countries on a daily basis. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting, consulting, and guiding colleagues in our factories to ensure the highest level of security.

Key Responsibilities

* Define secure manufacturing principles and develop secure IT and OT infrastructure
* Translate IT/OT governance policies and controls into customized implementation measures
* Identify cybersecurity needs and demands from our factories
* Develop and maintain configuration and hardening guidelines for our products and third-party components
* Collaborate with relevant functions and organizations to ensure the security of our IT/OT infrastructures
* Provide guidance to relevant teams and departments, and produce/review documentation related to product and solution development

Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT security or a related field
* Computer science or electrical engineering specialization in IT security
* Experience with manufacturing infrastructure, IT/OT security technologies, and concepts
* Risk-based approaches, incident and vulnerability handling, and international/national standards and regulations
* Excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder management
