Job Title: Private Clients Services Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Private Clients Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the coordination and implementation of the Private Clients Services (PCS) strategy for Bicester Village. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal positioning, guest acquisition, and thereby ensuring footfall, spend, and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the PCS Events Calendar, The Apartment, and PCS programs
- Oversee and assist with the setup of all in-village entertainment and welcome entertainers
- Ensure all stakeholders are up-to-date throughout various events
- Tidy up props used within the Village for events
- Liaise with different teams
- Perform administration tasks such as raising POs for invoices and general support
- Assist in coordinating and setting up third-party suppliers
- Ensure brand approvals and correct paperwork are adhered to
- Ensure all correct internal procedures are followed from new supplier forms through to purchase orders, public liability insurance, and legal approvals
- Prepare and help upload press coverage from events
- Work closely with the Assistant PR Manager
Requirements:
- Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent qualification
- Experience in the Hospitality/Luxury Brand Segment
- Good knowledge of the HNW market and retail/shopping fits
- Structured and methodical approach with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships with HNW guests, key partners, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a multitasking role/environment
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-starter and self-motivated, able to work individually and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Salesforce or equivalent database management system)
- Fluent in English and German, any other languages beneficial
