Training and Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Professional to join our HR team at Paul Wurth / Paul Wurth Geprolux.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing an annual training strategy and catalogue based on individual development plans of employees, training demands of departments, and the global training strategy of the group.
  • Driving the succession planning process and related knowledge-transfer.
  • Identifying and developing training concepts for specific target groups.
  • Performing training sessions and workshops.
  • Guiding and assisting colleagues on all personnel development topics.
  • Implementing and following up on coaching sessions.
  • Contributing actively to the onboarding program for new employees.
  • Exploring new training trends and best practices and adapting internal standards accordingly.
  • Optimising training processes and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree focused on human resources, psychology, business administration or any other related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in designing different training and development concepts.
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
  • Structured and conscientious way of working.
  • People-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office like PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Good level in English, German and French. Luxembourgish is considered as an advantage.
