Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Accounting Expert to join our team at Syntegon Technology. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing transactions in SAP, managing dunning processes, and contributing to the monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP (HGB).

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions in SAP and manage dunning processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Contribute to the monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Local GAAP (HGB) regulations.
  • Work independently on initiatives within the accounts receivable area, including implementing solutions for process optimization and harmonization.
  • Serve as a competent and reliable point of contact for auditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively utilize dashboards and KPIs to continuously improve process quality and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting or a comparable commercial education.
  • Several years of relevant practical experience in operational Accounts Receivable Accounting.
  • Solid knowledge in SAP within the FI module, with additional experience in SD or process automation a plus.
  • Previous involvement in projects, such as an active role in an SAP implementation or other process improvement initiatives, is desirable.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with good German language skills a strong advantage.
  • Teamwork, reliability, and results orientation are essential.
