Join Our Team as a Homecare Specialist

At Coloplast, we are passionate about making life easier for people living with a neck stoma. As a Homecare Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and innovative solutions to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support to tracheostomy and laryngectomy patients
  • Conduct comprehensive product training and education for healthcare professionals and patients
  • Facilitate patient transitions to home care and conduct regular home visits in your designated area
  • Maintain relationships with logopeds and physicians to promote new patient acquisition
  • Attend self-help group meetings and organize small patient events to expand your customer base
  • Plan and manage your customer and patient visits independently from your home office
Our Requirements:
  • State-recognized training as a healthcare professional, nurse, or logopedist
  • Experience in the HNO or intensive care sector is an asset
  • High level of communication skills and ability to interact with people
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new roles and responsibilities
  • Enjoy speaking in small groups and presenting information
  • Preference for a clear and structured work approach
