Renewable Energy Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team at BELECTRIC GmbH.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of large Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Solar projects in Europe, with a focus on Germany.
- Oversee the day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope in areas such as performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, safety, quality, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage large teams of international multi-discipline professionals.
- Coordinate and integrate activities associated with engineering, procurement, construction, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
- Act as the primary BELECTRIC contact for clients, providing routine updates and ensuring appropriate levels of communication are maintained.
- Manage risk and opportunity, recognize, identify, and manage change, and plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, such as Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar project or construction management.
- Work experience in a related field, preferably within the renewables energy sector.
- Advanced knowledge and application of Project Management Methods and Processes.
- Basic knowledge of finance and ability to act with limited supervision in the processing of finance-related information.
- Experience in managing internal and external project stakeholders.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office products, especially MS Project.
- Excellent German skills and good English skills.
- Team player with the ability to act flexibly, work independently, self-driven, focused, results-oriented, and quality-oriented, with good presentation skills and intercultural competence.
- Willingness to travel.
