Key Responsibilities- Learn the fundamentals and details of BOS radio systems and related electrical engineering during comprehensive training
- Assume increasing responsibility and lead a construction team of 2-3 electricians as a site supervisor or assistant site supervisor
- Work on regional and national large-scale projects as a team member
- Regularly communicate with clients and project management to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare detailed measurements, maintain a construction diary, and ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Technical and craftsmanship education
- Construction site experience
- Interest in electrical engineering, radio, and telecommunication technology
- Willingness to travel depending on project locations
- Sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Driver's license Class B
- Good German language skills
- Competitive Salary and Fair Overtime Pay: Enjoy a competitive base salary plus allowances and overtime pay of 25% (for the first 2 hours) and 50% (for all subsequent hours). Potential to earn over 60,000€ annually based on experience.
