**Become a High Diver in Data Science**

At Commerzbank AG Deutschland, we're looking for a talented Trainee Data Science to join our team. As a Trainee Data Science, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into various topics, structures, and networks, all while being supported by a safety net – a fixed-term contract that allows you to focus on your growth and development.

**Big Data and Advanced Analytics**

We're leveraging digitalization to optimize our processes and structures, develop our business model, and unlock new revenue streams. We're using modern mathematical and statistical methods to create predictive models and support decision-making.

  • **Your Trainee Program**
  • You'll choose your deployment stations and determine your tasks accordingly.
  • You'll learn and deepen various programming languages, as well as receive tailored further education.

**International Agile Teams**

You'll be part of international agile teams and work on exciting topics such as:

  • Developing questions and use cases, exploring and transforming data, and building and evaluating predictive models.
  • Implementing transparent model training and validation processes.
  • Integrating models into cloud infrastructures and existing services, and monitoring their quality after deployment.
  • Developing risk assessment procedures and underlying models.

**International Deployment Opportunities**

Upon request, you can participate in a multi-week deployment at an international location, such as London, Prague, or Lodz.

  • **Requirements**
  • You should have a completed Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, no older than 18 months.
  • You should possess innovation, creativity, and ownership.
  • You should have good English and German language skills (B2 level).

**Desirable Skills**

You should have a good understanding of at least three of the following topics:

  • Machine learning methods.
  • Working with large databases.
  • Programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
  • Exploratory data analysis.
  • Statistical modeling.
