Datengetriebene Innovationen bei Union Investment

In der Abteilung Data Analytics und RPA entwickeln wir datengestützte Lösungen für Union Investment. Gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und Technologieteams erschaffen wir skalierbare Datenprodukte, die die gesamte Organisation dabei unterstützen, fundierte Geschäftsentscheidungen auf Basis zuverlässiger Daten und moderner Analysemethoden zu treffen.

Ihre Aufgaben als Machine Learning Engineer:

  • Entwicklung neuer Analytics-Komponenten sowie Skalierung bestehender Datenprodukte für eine wachsende Anzahl von Kunden und Anwendungsfällen.
  • Unterstützung eines Teams erfahrener Data Scientists, Engineers und Solution Architects bei der Entwicklung, dem Testen und Go-Live von Machine Learning Anwendungen in den Bereichen Bildverarbeitung, Text- und Dokumentenverständnis (NLP), Zeitreihenanalyse und Anomalieerkennung.
  • Übertragung von Prototypen und lauffähigen Code von Data Scientists in betriebsfähige und regulatorikkonforme Implementierungen.
  • Einsatz von Microsoft Azure Cloud Technologien (wie Azure Kubernetes Service, Terraform, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Azure Machine Learning, Azure SQL, Azure CosmosDB) zur Bereitstellung von Datenprodukten mittels vollautomatisierter CI/CD Pipelines.
  • Entwicklung zentraler Python Bibliotheken und Komponenten mit Fokus auf MLOps.
  • Unterstützung des Monitorings der Plattform und des täglichen Betriebs bestehender Use Cases.

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von produktionsreifen Python-Anwendungen.
  • Verständnis von Software-Architektur und Software-Entwurfsmustern zur Erstellung skalierbarer, wartbarer, durchdachter und zukunftssicherer Code.
  • Einsatz Ihrer fundierten Kenntnisse in Python für Code Reviews und Implementierung von Qualitätsstandards für Data Science Codes.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Machine Learning Operations und dem Betrieb von ML-Modellen in Produktionsumgebungen.
