Job DescriptionWe are looking for a researcher to support object detection using synthetic data, focusing on real-time light and weather adaption in game engines. The successful candidate will develop a pipeline for the automatic generation of real data-driven lighting and weather conditions in the Unreal Engine, calibrate the pipeline using real and virtual measurement data, and implement a deep learning-based approach for drone detection using a combination of synthetic and real-world data.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with a strong background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have basic Python and C++ skills and be currently enrolled as a Master student.
