We're seeking a seasoned financial leader to guide our financial strategy and drive business growth in the clean energy sector. As our Chief Financial Architect, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing financial plans that support our mission to accelerate clean energy breakthroughs. Your goal will be to scale our impact while maintaining financial stability and making smart financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute financial plans that align with our business goals and support climate innovation.
  • Financial Operations: Design and implement lean, automated accounting, budgeting, and reporting processes to support fast decision-making and drive growth.
  • Capital Raising: Leverage your knowledge of renewable project finance, structured capital, and other funding sources to secure capital and support our mission.
  • Mentorship & Culture Building: Foster financial acumen across teams and help our leaders make informed financial decisions that drive growth and environmental impact.
Requirements

Your Background:

  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader, preferably in clean-tech or impact-driven sectors.
  • Knowledge of capital diversification, with experience in project finance, impact investing, or renewable energy funding mechanisms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information and inspire internal teams and investors.
  • A strategic leader who can drive growth and environmental impact while maintaining financial stability.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in renewable energy, materials science, or R&D-intensive sectors.
  • Track record of working with high-growth companies and setting up financial operations for rapid scaling.
  • Passion for sustainable finance and knowledge of funding mechanisms aligned with climate impact.
What We Offer
  • $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
