This role requires developing and expanding the CaaS service while maintaining the highest quality standards and growing the offering in both German and international markets.
Your Impact:
- Scale and optimize the CaaS offering in Germany and internationally, aligning with Viessmann's strategic goals and customer needs.
- Provide operational support, establish routines, and collaborate with the SeSo Sales Team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure top service quality and customer satisfaction, handling escalations and process improvements.
- Develop and manage the CaaS P&L, ensuring profitable growth.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop business cases for CaaS expansion.
- Acquire and maintain key customer and installer partnerships, driving international business growth.
- Analyze KPIs, enhance reporting, and use data-driven insights to improve business models and decision-making.
About You:
- Professional background and experience in the HVAC industry, ideally in business development, sales, or a technical role.
- Proven ability to lead teams in highly operational environments, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in identifying growth potentials for SaaS business models and translating them into actionable business cases.
- Ability to make well-founded decisions quickly based on complex business development issues.
- Solid understanding of business models and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in an international market and scaling business offerings across borders.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with a deep understanding of profit and loss management.
- Excellent customer relationship management, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Proficient in German and English.
