The Role
Wir suchen einen Digitalen Prozess-Experten, der unsere digitalen Systeme innerhalb der Einheit "Assay Production Penzberg" auf unserem Weg zu "Connected Plant" entwickelt und aufrechterhält.
Deine Aufgaben
- Wir betreust du die bestehenden digitalen Systeme der Einheit im Lifecycle und stehst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Fragen und Probleme im MES- und PLS-Umfeld zur Verfügung.
- Wir verstehst es, den Servicegedanken effektiv im Sinne der Kunden, Mitarbeitenden und Schnittstellen umzusetzen und diesen immer weiter zu optimieren.
- Wir spezifizierst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden die Systemanforderungen und setzt diese dann auch mit unseren externen Schnittstellen erfolgreich im System um.
- Wir führst verschiedene Tests im MES Umfeld durch, um die gewünschten Funktionen im System zu prüfen und diese mit den Anforderungen unserer Kunden abzugleichen.
- Wir führst sachgerechte Verifizierungen und Validierungen im Systemumfeld durch.
- Wir dokumentierst deine Arbeiten im digitalen Umfeld nach aktuell gültigen Vorgaben.
- Wir stellst sicher, dass die regulatorischen Vorgaben und GxP-Regeln eingehalten werden.
Dein Profil
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches (Ausprägung Richtung Informatik) oder naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, in diesem Fall dann in Kombination mit systemischen Erfahrungen in den aufgelisteten IT-Systemen.
- Alternativ eine technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung, Erfahrungen und Kenntnissen in den genannten IT-Systemen sowie den genannten Fachbereichen.
- Sehr gute Erfahrung im MES Umfeld mit Rockwell PharmaSuite sind Voraussetzung.
- Ebenso kennst Du Dich im Designen und Konfigurieren der Rezepte aus und hast darin bereits Berufserfahrung gesammelt.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind wünschenswert.
- Kenntnisse im Umgang und Support von IT-Systemen sowie Kenntnisse zu MES, PLS und SAP inklusive deren Schnittstellensysteme mit.
- Gute Kenntnisse unserer Produktionsprozesse helfen Dir, diese in die digitale Welt zu integrieren.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld.
- Erfahrungen im LIMS Umfeld sind wünschenswert.
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
