Merck Finck, a Quintet Private Bank (Europe) S.A. branch, is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Group HR Operations team, you will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to employee management, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support local HR administration in tasks such as employment contract preparation, recruitment, and employee data management.
  • Implement and update HR systems, including SuccessFactors, time management, and roles & responsibilities systems.
  • Backup the local payroll team in preparing monthly payroll data.
  • Support employees with personal file matters and deliver reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Group-Wide Role
  • Participate in group-wide position management, including position creation, restructuring, and data cleaning exercises.
  • Support the group-wide monthly reconciliation process to ensure data quality across countries.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and follow new ways of working as directed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • First relevant work experience, such as intern or working student.
  • Knowledge and understanding of German labor law.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships across a matrix organization.

  • Independent, solution-oriented, and creative thinker.
  • Proactive attitude, able to prioritize and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of HR service across the business.
Technical Skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems is a plus.
Languages Skills
  • Very good written and spoken German, as well as good working knowledge of English.
