About the Role

think-cell Software GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Content and Communications Strategist to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content marketing plan that showcases our brand's value proposition and resonates with our target audience.
  • Create high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, and websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling and informative content that meets our brand's messaging and tone guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine our strategies and improve engagement.
  • Align with stakeholders and the marketing team on content development roadmaps and priorities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in content, brand marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional written communication and editorial skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Passion for creating content that is informative, engaging, and persuasive.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to various target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
  • Experience translating and localizing content.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
