With a proven track record in content marketing and a passion for creating compelling narratives, you'll develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our business goals. You'll be at the forefront of shaping our content function and its strategy, working closely with the VP of Marketing and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a content strategy that drives business results
* Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, newsletters, and websites
* Blend strong business acumen, customer insights, and product expertise to create best-in-class content
* Design and execute communication plans, maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content distributions
* Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all communication channels
* Collaborate with stakeholders to produce compelling and informative content
* Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in content, brand marketing, communications, or a similar role
* Exceptional written communication and editorial skills
* Proficiency in English and German
* Passion for creating content that informs, engages, and persuades
* Strong business acumen and ability to communicate think-cell value to various target audiences
* Strong understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practices
* Experience translating and localizing content
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
