Customer Order Specialist

Job Title: Customer Order Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Order Specialist to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Order Fulfillment (COF) team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and administration for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and administer customer orders, including receipt, sourcing, and delivery follow-up
  • Facilitate material stock dispatch from global resources, including warehouses and suppliers
  • Monitor and escalate material sourcing from Satair procurement and other business partners
  • Develop solutions to ensure on-time material delivery and meet customer expectations
  • Provide high-quality responses to customer-related requests and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Organize and conduct regular account meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with contacts at all levels
  • Independent, structured, and result-oriented work to ensure efficient workflows and achieve goals on time
  • A high level of persuasiveness and assertiveness to represent interests well
  • Stress-resistant and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
  • Industrial clerk or technician/specialist qualification
  • Business administration or supply chain/logistics degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in scheduling/material procurement, customer service, or logistics
Skills:
  • SAP application knowledge
  • Google Workspace experience
  • Project management knowledge
Language Skills:
  • Business fluent in English
