Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Order Specialist to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Order Fulfilment (COF) team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, administering material orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and administer customer orders, including receipt, sourcing, escalation, and delivery follow-up
  • Facilitate material stock dispatch from global resources, including warehouses, suppliers, and vendors
  • Source materials from Satair procurement and other business partners, monitoring and escalating as necessary
  • Develop solutions and make decisions to ensure on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Clarify spares technical queries using technical documentation and liaise with technical and engineering departments
  • Provide high-quality responses to customer-related requests to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction
  • Organize and conduct regular account meetings with customers, internal stakeholders, and other relevant parties to share information and maintain a global view of customer activity
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with contacts at all levels and maintain business relationships
  • Independent, structured, and result-oriented work to ensure efficient workflows and achieve goals on time
  • A high level of persuasiveness and assertiveness to represent interests well
  • Stress-resistant
  • Industrial clerk or technician/specialist vocational training
  • Business administration or supply chain/logistics Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in scheduling/material procurement, customer service, or logistics
  • SAP application knowledge and Google Workspace experience are advantages
