Executive Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities- Implement and maintain administrative processes in SAP HR.
- Prepare and post monthly payroll, as well as standard and ad hoc reports for a dedicated payroll area.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements concerning payroll services and regulations.
- Contribute to process reviews and improvements, focusing on solutions to increase efficiency and encourage best practice sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools, and consult with the Payroll chapter on new ideas.
- Document all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards.
- Support the strategic and professional development of the allocated area of payroll topics.
- Represent the team in internal and department meetings and initiatives.
- Vocational training or university degree in Business Administration or similar.
- 5+ years of experience working in Payroll for Belgium, with fundamental knowledge in HR Administration.
- Experience with SAP HR is an advantage.
- Strong service and solution orientation mindset.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Dutch and good level of English. Knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
