About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mondelēz International as a Section Manager - Production Leadership, where you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the Integrated Lean 6 Sigma Phase Journey, Factory of the Future Line Centric Organisation & Roles (AM-Autonomous Maintenance, PM-Progressive Maintenance, and a 6-Star Model within the operational teams) to develop autonomous teams.
  • Support the annual operational plans and goals for manufacturing, ensuring alignment with business requirements and driving results in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement.
  • Establish a strong governance framework for operational performance and continuous improvement, fostering a zero-loss mentality to achieve exceptional results internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with all production standards, governance, and regulatory requirements, including corporate quality, food safety, and GMP, as well as local laws and regulations.
  • Lead talent development, skills, and engagement of the manufacturing team, identifying and implementing key levers to attract, retain, and develop critical talent and build a sustainable workforce profile for the future.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in the FMCG industry, with expertise in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6-Sigma tools, and concepts.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with a proven track record in analysis, problem-solving, and team building.
  • A degree in Engineering and a technical background, with experience in industrial maintenance and manufacturing systems.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
