Senior Data Analyst Reporting Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst Reporting Specialist to join our Digital team within the Supply Chain Excellence division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and further developing our holistic reporting and analytics landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain group-wide reports to support business decision-making
  • Lead Supply Chain reporting and analytics initiatives, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders
  • Manage the interface between IT and business support functions, prioritizing requirements as Product Owner
  • Develop complex ad-hoc reports using Power BI and Analysis for Office (AfO)
  • Support Supply Chain areas in data clustering and mapping, integrating new data sources
  • Design and initiate AI-based use cases for Supply Chain in analytics and data insights
  • Ensure close collaboration with Supply Chain areas through regular trainings and workshops
  • Identify and analyze new market best-practices, observe new technologies, and digitalization trends
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement, performance, and open feedback culture

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (or additional qualifications)
  • Years of relevant work experience in consulting, IT, or Supply Chain management
  • Excellent knowledge of data management, including collecting, clustering, mapping, enrichment, and visualization of data insights
  • Highly developed analytical and communicational skills, with a structured work style and pragmatic hands-on approach
  • Advanced tool-based experience in reporting and data processing (e.g., SAP SAC, MS Power Apps/BI)
  • Passion for driving automation potential through integrating artificial intelligence technologies
  • Outstanding analytical competence, coupled with strong process and problem-solving skills
  • High resilience, even in challenging situations, with a willingness to manage risks and take ownership
  • Experience in managing international projects and complex stakeholder relations
  • Fluent in English and German
