About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Baunat. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our high-end clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our products and services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a high level of integrity and responsibility
