Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Manager to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, visual merchandising, and client service in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and working efficiencies.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions within the store.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga behaviors.
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
- Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, sustain and promote the culture of the brand internally and externally.
- Ensure Balenciaga Signature and Client experience are executed and consistent over time.
- Develop clienteling mindset and client's loyalty and retention from beginners to VICs.
- Build a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury business in order to promote client loyalty, especially with VIC and VVICs.
- Ensure that all processes are compliant with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, HR guidelines.
- Ensure execution of Retail Excellence guidelines in the store.
- Support the Store Manager in managing inventory activities and warehouse stock.
- Challenge and improve current processes sustaining the growth and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in team management, in-store management, and in the sale of luxury products.
- Good social skills and a very good ability to listen, a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willing and responsive.
- Service-oriented and persuasive.
- Good knowledge of IT tools and a keen sense of product and fashion culture.
- Fluent English and ideally a second language.
