  • Lead a team of data analysts in healthcare sector rankings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers, to ensure high standards in data management and evaluation techniques.
  • Develop and implement robust methodologies for healthcare data analysis, focusing on methodological rigor and project management.
  • Drive innovation in healthcare rankings by identifying emerging trends and critical topics within the industry.
  • Present findings and methodologies to media partners and clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strategize and execute plans to meet departmental goals, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring timely completion of healthcare data projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Sciences, Health Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in healthcare data analysis, with a proven track record in managing complex healthcare projects.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing projects, including experience with healthcare data, hospital rankings, or clinical outcomes.
  • Prior leadership experience is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, coupled with a proactive approach and a commitment to excellence in healthcare analytics.
  • Independent and reliable working style, with high resilience, flexibility, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are advantageous.
