Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our EMEA marketing team based in London. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing plans to help grow awareness and pipeline across EMEA. You will focus on generating awareness and sales leads with an ABM-led marketing strategy, to position the business as an expert in international ecommerce consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of regional marketing plans and the global marketing plan for Pattern.
  • Improve the number and quality of contacts in our opted-in marketing database.
  • Produce marketing content and campaigns that generate inbound enquiries and ultimately new business for Pattern.
  • Use a data-led ABM approach to help gain cut through with exclusive accounts for us to partner with.
  • Develop expertise in the subject matter/topics that will resonate with our key audiences.
  • Support paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Report on the outcomes of our marketing activity using our marketing automation tools.
  • Create content that encourages new contacts to download our content and sign-up to our marketing events.
  • Recruit and retain contacts from our key target audiences of global consumer brands.
  • Support senior management in converting leads to new business through the creation of pitch documents, proposals, and other collateral used in the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated.
  • Creative skills.
  • Highly numerate.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
  • Ability to well manage projects.
  • Passionate about B2B marketing.
  • Focused on their impact on the sales funnel and outcomes (ie closed won business).
  • Ambitious and interested in developing subject matter expertise in ecommerce/marketplaces.
  • Fluent in German & English.

Hiring Process:

  • An initial phone interview with Pattern's talent acquisition team.
  • A video interview with a hiring manager.
  • A video interview with a presentation.
  • A final meet and greet interview with the European General Manager.
