Marketing Professional

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Executive, where you will play a key role in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
About the Role:This exciting opportunity is part of our EMEA marketing team, based in London, and focuses on developing and delivering marketing plans to increase awareness and pipeline across the region.
You will be responsible for generating awareness and sales leads through an ABM-led marketing strategy, positioning the business as an expert in international ecommerce consultancy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head of Marketing, EMEA, in delivering regional marketing plans and the global marketing plan for Pattern.
- Improving the number and quality of contacts in our opted-in marketing database.
- Producing marketing content and campaigns that generate inbound enquiries and ultimately new business for Pattern.
- Using a data-led ABM approach to gain cut through with exclusive accounts for us to partner with.
- Developing expertise in the subject matter/topics that will resonate with our key audiences.
- Supporting paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Reporting on the outcomes of our marketing activity using our marketing automation tools.
- Creating content that encourages new contacts to download our content and sign-up to our marketing events.
- Recruiting and retaining contacts from our key target audiences of global consumer brands.
- Supporting senior management in converting leads to new business through the creation of pitch documents, proposals, and other collateral used in the sales process.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Creative skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- High numeracy skills and the ability to analyze data.
- The ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Strong project management skills.
- A passion for B2B marketing and a focus on impact on the sales funnel and outcomes.
- Ambition and a desire to develop subject matter expertise in ecommerce/marketplaces.
- Fluency in German and English.

- A final meet and greet interview with the European General Manager.
