About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor/Polisher to join our team at Jaeger Ausbau GmbH.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of site personnel, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Plan and coordinate the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including site diaries, progress reports, and other documentation as required.
- Monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of materials and services from subcontractors.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with company policies.
About You
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to construction sites.
