About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor/Polisher to join our team at Jaeger Ausbau GmbH.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of site personnel, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
• Plan and coordinate the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including site diaries, progress reports, and other documentation as required.
• Monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including site safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of materials and services from subcontractors.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that work meets the required standards.

About You

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Valid driver's license.
