We are Craftly, a company that specializes in the production and distribution of Do-It-Yourself Kits for various products under our brands.
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the Order Management and Customer Care teams in their daily activities
- Managing online reviews for our marketplaces and online stores to ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to expand our customer base
- Creating and optimizing online content and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Currently studying in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Communication
- Interest in sales, customer relationship management, and online marketing
- Proactive, team player with strong communication skills
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Experience with Office tools and preferably Google Workspace
- Previous e-commerce experience is a plus
- Motivated, proactive, and able to structure tasks independently
