Job Title: HubSpot Solutions Architect

As a HubSpot Solutions Architect, you will design solutions that leverage the HubSpot CRM as a central component for our clients. This involves tasks such as data migrations and system integrations, considering the existing technology and business processes of the clients.

You will collaborate with the Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting teams to craft innovative architectures and define the scope of solutions. This includes creating detailed Statements of Work and essential documentation for the team to implement. You will use your expertise to provide training to clients, helping them seamlessly adopt the cutting-edge technologies of HubSpot CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client requirements and design effective solutions using the HubSpot platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and scope of HubSpot projects.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, and data models.
  • Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
  • Conduct technology audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology features and communicate changes internally and to clients.
  • Assist with data migration projects and conduct quality assurance testing.
  • Drive team certifications and provide technology training to internal staff.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role, working with clients throughout the whole process.
  • Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent platforms.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including API documentation, ERDs, and functional specifications.
  • Sound knowledge of big data.
  • Experience with integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or custom-built solutions.
  • Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking German.
