Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing powerful, connected solutions that drive business success.

Your Impact

You'll work closely with our clients and their implementation partners to deliver value from technology and process improvements. Your domain expertise and industry best practices will guide clients to a smart, connected solution that accelerates time to value.

Your Team

You'll be part of the SaaS Delivery Management Office, working with a talented team to support project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the project team in the implementation and conversion of Windchill+ solutions
  • Brokering the PTC ecosystem to provide technical support and guidance
  • Working with PTC SaaS BDMs, PLM Segment, and R&D to qualify technical feasibility and provide technical direction
  • Collaborating with implementation partner architects to design and implement solutions
  • Supporting the enablement of PTC's partner ecosystem

Your Day-To-Day

You'll have the opportunity to provide direction and delegation to a team of outstanding contributors, while retaining ownership and accountability for client success. You'll also have the chance to industrialize lessons learned in the field into training materials and job aids for the broader PTC and partner communities.

A Solution Architect at PTC must possess a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. Essential skills include:

  • Ability to visualize complex issues and build a shared vision with stakeholders
  • Effective communication across communities, articulating value at both high and detailed levels
  • Understanding of requirements and boundaries, guiding stakeholders toward a sound, achievable solution
  • Balance of analytic and creative problem-solving skills

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting, implementing, deploying, or supporting PLM systems or other Enterprise Applications
  • Availability for overnight travel (15%)
  • Knowledge of Cloud-based Infrastructure and technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Experience in software development, build, and deployment (JAVA, JSP, XML, Ant)
  • Windchill PLM experience
