Job Responsibilities:


As a Thin Film Equipment Operations Expert at Bertrandt, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of thin film module relevant equipment, including technical assessment, selection, introduction, phase-in, hook-up, tuning, and maintenance.


Additionally, you will be responsible for building and sustaining team capabilities, managing teams, and growing competitiveness in equipment technology.


Furthermore, you will provide technology insight and planning for relevant manufacturing equipment, ensuring alignment with industrial trends and directions to prepare key equipment technology and build core equipment technology know-how.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a similar discipline within the semiconductor industry.
  • Over 12 years of experience working on semiconductor thin film equipment introduction or development, with a preference for fab experience in SiC and silicon product introduction or production.
  • Successful mass production experience in leading factories in the industry is highly beneficial.
  • Good understanding of high temperature CVD, PVD, and evaporation equipment.
  • Familiarity with equipment suppliers in the industry and understanding of equipment design architecture.
  • Ability to independently complete equipment transformation and improvement, analyze and solve online machine and product abnormalities, and train new employees and lead team members to complete scheduled work.
  • Experience in team development and daily technology work management is preferred.
  • Hands-on mentality and open mindset for cross-cultural working settings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with additional proficiency in German and/or Chinese being a plus.
  • Open to international business trips or delegations.
