Position Overview

Wir suchen einen erfahrenden Senior Mechanical Engineer, der sich auf die Erstellung mechanischer Baugruppen für unsere wichtigsten Kunden spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres interdisziplinären Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung von industriellen Automatisierungsprojekten mitwirken und sich auf die Entwicklung effizienter, zuverlässiger und robuster mechanischer Komponenten konzentrieren.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Entwurf und Entwicklung mechanischer Systeme: Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams, um mechanische Systeme für industrielle Automatisierungsprojekte zu entwerfen und zu entwickeln.
  • Integration der Automatisierung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit SPS Programmierern und Automatisierungsspezialisten, um sicherzustellen, dass die mechanischen Konstruktionen mit den Automatisierungsanforderungen übereinstimmen.
  • Materialauswahl und Fertigungsverfahren: Bewertung der Komponenten und Auswahl geeigneter Bauteile für mechanische Komponenten.
  • Sicherheit und Konformität: Entwicklung mechanischer Komponenten unter Berücksichtigung der Sicherheit und unter Einhaltung der Maschinenrichtlinie.
  • Prototyping und Testen: Erstellung von Prototypen mechanischer Teile und Baugruppen und Durchführung von Tests, um Konstruktionen zu validieren und verbesserungswürdige Bereiche zu ermitteln.
  • Dokumentation und technische Zeichnungen: Erstellung von detaillierten technischen Zeichnungen, Schaltplänen und Montageanleitungen sowie Vorbereitung der CE-Dokumentation.
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Aktualisierung von Kenntnissen in der Automatisierungstechnik und im Maschinenbau und Input zum Umsetzen von Konstruktionsverbesserungen.
Ihr Profil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungs-, Automobil- oder Maschinenbauindustrie, idealerweise für Robotik und AMRs in der Automobilindustrie.
  • Versiertheit mit CAD-Software für die Konstruktion mechanischer Komponenten (z. B. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo).
  • Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse in der Automatisierungstechnik, einschließlich Sicherheitskonzepte und CE-Zertifizierung.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung.
  • Reisebereitschaft im Umfang von 60 %.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowohl im Deutschen als auch Englischen.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbstständige, gründliche und teamorientierte Arbeitseinstellung aus.
  • Sie bringen Hands-On-Mentalität und Eigeninitiative mit.
