Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Engineering and Innovation, der unsere Dienstleistung weiterentwickelt und uns bei der Etablierung von wezi-next im Markt unterstützt.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Innovationsentwicklung: Du entwickelst unser Dienstleistungsportfolio weiter und sorgst dafür, dass sich der Product-Market-Fit fortlaufend verbessert.
  • Strukturiert-kreative Ideenfindung: In Kundenprojekten generierst du zusammen mit dem Engineering Team innovative Ideen und ordnest diese mit Blick auf die Projektziele ein.
  • Strategische Kundenberatung: Du bist für die technische Beratung von Bestands- und Neukunden verantwortlich, analysierst deren Bedürfnisse und wägst die bestmögliche Zusammenarbeit ab.
  • Projektmanagement: Du koordinierst die Aufgabenverteilung in Kundenprojekten und gibst dem Engineering Team eine Richtung bei der Aufgabenbearbeitung.
  • Machbarkeitsbewertung: Du moderierst interne und externe Workshops, in denen du die Vorteile und Umsetzbarkeit von Kunststoffkomponenten für verschiedene Industrien und Hardware-Produkte aufzeigst und abwägst.
  • Organisationsentwicklung: Du packst aktiv mit an, unsere internen Abläufe und Strukturen weiter auszubauen und stetig weiterzuentwickeln, damit wir als Team gemeinsam wachsen und immer bereit für neue Herausforderungen sind.
Das bringt Du mit
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieur-Studium, bevorzugt im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Konstruktion.
  • Fundierte Projekterfahrung in der Konstruktion technischer Lösungen sowie in der Leitung von Innovationsprojekten.
  • Fachliche Führungserfahrung, bevorzugt im Bereich Produktentwicklung, R&D oder Technologiemanagement.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, um die technologische Entwicklung des Unternehmens mit zu treiben.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um die interne und externe Zusammenarbeit effizient, zielführend und motivierend zu gestalten.
  • Erfahrung im Management von Kundenprojekten, idealerweise in technologiegetriebenen Unternehmen.
  • Reisebereitschaft, um Kundentermine persönlich wahrzunehmen.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Grundwissen zu agilem Projektmanagement.
  • Erste Erfahrungen und Interesse an GenAI-Tools.
