Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of complex software products, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance
* Manage agile development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Develop and manage the development budget, ensuring effective resource allocation
* Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
* Oversee architectural decisions and ensure the development of scalable and maintainable systems

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing agile development teams
* Proven experience in leading the development of complex software products
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, architecture, and design
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
