About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Eaton SAKS International Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to optimize ROI
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure Eaton SAKS International Group remains competitive
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and brand awareness through effective marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
