About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Property Manager to join our team at Foremost Hospitality. As a Technical Property Manager, you will be responsible for the technical monitoring and business administration of our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of maintenance plans and monitoring of maintenance intervals
  • Coordination of external service providers and maintenance partners
  • Coordination of defect reports and commissioning of maintenance and modernisation measures
  • Accompanying building inspections by franchisors, owners, and other third parties
  • Monitoring the implementation of safety and fire protection measures
  • Support with the assertion of defect and warranty claims

Requirements

  • Technical training or experience in the property industry with a technical background
  • First relevant work experience
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Ability to act independently and entrepreneurial understanding
  • Structured, committed, and results-orientated way of working
