Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Energy Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our energy procurement team, you will be responsible for managing all energy contracts across various countries, ensuring the smooth operation of our European electric vehicle charging network.
Key Responsibilities- Energy Contract Management: Procure and manage all energy contracts across various countries to support our European electric vehicle charging network.
- Energy Billing and Invoicing: Oversee all aspects of energy billing, from invoice verification to processing and payment.
- Energy Bill Validation: Validate energy bills, resolve discrepancies, and track expenses.
- Energy Reporting: Generate monthly energy reports detailing consumption, costs, and efficiency metrics.
- Energy Data Analysis: Analyze energy usage data and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Charging Invoices Comparison: Compare energy reports with charging invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Client Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Energy Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration).
- Experience: Proven experience in energy procurement, contract management, and billing.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, familiarity with electric mobility and the charging infrastructure industry, knowledge of energy regulations and sustainability practices, proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Language: Fluency in English.
