About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Partner to join our Grid Modernisation team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale Grid Modernisation programmes, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple Grid Modernisation programmes in areas such as Grid Digitalisation, Automation & AI, and IT/OT convergence.
  • Develop and execute Grid Modernisation strategies, leveraging industry expertise and knowledge of upcoming regulatory and market changes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives, expanding professional networks and anchoring new and existing client accounts.
  • Identify and create multi-million-dollar opportunities within existing and new clients, using industry relationships, intellectual capital, and Infosys services offerings.
  • Lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, articulating Infosys' unique value proposition and competitive financials.
  • Take bottom-line responsibility for Infosys programme execution, providing vision and guidance to the team, managing key client stakeholders, and ensuring quality checks are in place.
About Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in leading Grid Modernisation programmes, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency), with project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to gather, validate, synthesise, document, and communicate data and information for a range of audiences.
