Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals and guides.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other technical tools.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
