Key Responsibilities

This role involves collaborating with our Design Team to elevate our brand's visual presence and website experience.

You will work on branding-related projects, ensuring consistency and pushing our brand to new heights.

As a Visual/Web Designer, you will partner with our marketing, growth, community, and product teams to establish a strong visual identity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive brand design solutions that align with our brand's identity, from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to maintain a consistent visual identity across digital products and online platforms.
  • Designing UI solutions for our website, prioritizing user experience and visual appeal.
  • Maintaining visual coherence across various channels, including social media, newsletters, presentations, and the website, adhering to brand standards and evolving visual systems.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and technologies related to digital brand design and UI.
  • Creating visual assets for our website, newsletters, marketing emails, landing pages, presentations, infographics, and other digital materials.
  • Elevating our marketing design process, exploring innovative ways to showcase the Softr brand internally and externally.
  • Contributing to our brand strategy, shaping the future of Softr's visual identity.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand design, with a focus on digital and UI.
  • Proficiency in branding, image editing, web layout design, iconography, color theory, typography, and campaign design.
  • Familiarity with no-code website/app building tools like Framer, Webflow, and others.
  • Proficiency in using design tools to translate ideas into high-fidelity assets, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and others.
  • A solid understanding of UX design principles and UI design best practices.
  • Excellent skills in independent work and team collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, balance multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a product-led company.
  • B2B SaaS experience (B2C experience is a plus).
Benefits

Softr offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
