About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our CFO Office team at tonies - Boxine GmbH. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer in making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical insights and analysis to support the CFO in developing and implementing long-term, strategic finance roadmaps.
  • Assist the CFO and Director of CFO Office & Performance Management in reviewing proposals, preparing meetings, and conducting ad-hoc requests.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and financial modeling to evaluate projects, track key financial metrics, and provide regular updates to the CFO.
  • Lead selected high-profile projects and initiatives, and support the preparation of key governance and external meetings.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards for the CFO and executive/finance leadership team.
Requirements
  • Passionate about finance and eager to learn how to steer the finance function in a fast-paced, capital markets listed company.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with demonstrated thought leadership in high-profile projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality presentations and top-management reports.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in corporate finance or top-tier consulting, with a clear finance focus.
  • Masters degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field, with further relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) highly preferred.
