Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Talon GmbH. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a crucial role in helping our marketing team improve the efficiency of their activities.
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and advising on projects, analyzing and reporting on performance, and ensuring strong governance and oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and advise on projects, understanding and translating business requirements into technical requirements.
- Be a trusted partner and consultant to the Marketing department, providing expert guidance and support.
- Analyze and report on performance, ensuring data integrity across marketing systems and developing dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance.
- Ensure strong governance and oversight, owning and developing our martech stack and identifying problems and inefficiencies in current processes and workflows.
- Optimize and operate campaigns, overseeing the creation and setup of campaigns in platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Operations role.
- Administrative fluency in our tech stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets knowledge, with experience working with large data sets and pivot tables.
- Experience with building Looker Dashboards is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to report on and interpret marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with the principles of a SaaS business model and customer lifecycle management.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and be a quick learner.
