Job Title: Process Expert Service

This role is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's EU Sort Center team as a Process Expert. As a key member of the Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing world-class middle mile processes that deliver goods on time at the best cost.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement systems, metrics, and programs that maximize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement at the network level.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems that support business growth.
  • Support the improvement of standard work and ACES Training program content, vision, and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related technical field (or higher) or extensive Amazon experience.
  • Proven progressive responsibility in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation planning, carrier management, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (or higher).
  • Exposure to program and project management.
  • Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional and regional programs influencing different stakeholders' groups.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Approximately 30-40% travel required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Credible and impactful experience with Senior Operational and Business Leaders as well as on the shop floor.
  • Writing SQL queries, knowledge of Python, Visual Basic, Tableau, or other technical tools.
