Process Expert EU ATS ACES

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Expert to join our Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) team in the EU. As a key member of our ACES team, you will play a critical role in developing a world-class middle mile process that delivers goods on time at the best cost.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement systems, metrics, and programs that maximize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders to identify the impact of new business initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them onsite.
- Engage with other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for Amazon customers.
- Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business.
- Support the improvement of the vision, content, and delivery of standard work and ACES Training program.
- Create benchmark standards and audit processes.
- Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.
Amazon couldn't deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you'll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, you'll help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, engineering, or other technical field (or higher) or extensive Amazon experience.
- Proven progressive responsibility in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation planning, carrier management, supply chain, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (or higher).
- Exposure to program and project management.
- Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional and regional programs influencing different stakeholders groups.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Approximately 30-40% travel required.
