Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team in Leipzig, Germany. As a key member of our tech team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure monitoring web applications on AWS for internal Amazon customers.

Our team is an agile development team that owns infrastructure monitoring for the OTIE organization. We are actively developing new monitoring services for our worldwide operations. If you are passionate about software development and have a track record of leading design and implementation of new products and features, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of new and current systems
  • Program with modern languages such as Java, C++, or C#
  • Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience in professional, non-internship software development
