Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Perform standard facilities management tasks, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding employee availability and facilities to facilitate meetings and events.
  • Operate basic equipment and perform routine tasks under close supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Secondary / Intermediate + (5 GCSEs)
  • Effective verbal communication skills, using clear and concise language to express ideas and request actions.
  • Basic numerical concepts, enabling mathematical operations such as report analysis under supervision.
  • Ability to work with standard office equipment and software packages, supporting business processes under guidance.
  • Capacity to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives, working under supervision.
  • Understanding of policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Analyzing data trends for reports to guide decision-making and acquiring, organizing, protecting, and processing data to fulfill business objectives.
  • Creativity in developing relevant, lucid, and effective reports and applying safe systems of work.
