IT Application Specialist SAP SD

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Application Specialist to join our team at Konica Minolta Deutschland. As a key member of our Application Operation Team, you will play a crucial role in solving incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support, working closely with our SAP ERP Consultants to transfer business requirements into processes and functions inside the application.
Your Key Responsibilities- Support the Application Operation Team in resolving incidents and ensuring the consistency of the application.
- Collaborate with SAP ERP Consultants to implement business requirements and optimize business processes.
- Implement changes in the SAP SD module through parameterization based on change requests, performing quality checks before handover to the client.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of processes and ensure it is up-to-date.
- Transport changes into the production system and hand over documentation to the Application Support Team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize what is important and lead others to solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical knowledge for all target groups.
- Business fluent in English, with good German communication skills desirable.
- Experience in processes in the SAP SD module, with SAP SD Certification desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
