IT Application Specialist SAP SD: Drive Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Specialist to join our team at Konica Minolta Deutschland. As an IT Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and delivering efficient solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Application Operation Team in resolving incidents and providing 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Collaborate with SAP ERP Consultants to translate business requirements into processes and functions within the application.
- Work with business departments to select the best approach for implementing requirements, ensuring consistency across the application.
- Implement changes in the module through parameterization based on change requests, performing quality checks before handover to the client.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of processes, ensuring it remains up-to-date.
- Transport changes into the production system and hand over documentation to the Application Support Team.
- Experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module, with a degree in computer science or business administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent business fluency in English, with good German communication skills desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
