Job Summary:
The Project Management team at GTT Communications, Inc. is responsible for delivering high-quality projects that meet client expectations and drive revenue growth. As a Senior (Lead) Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects, working closely with the sales divisions, Service Delivery Teams, and other stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure commitments made during the sales engagement process are delivered by the EU and US Service Delivery and wider teams.
- Work closely with the Project Management team, Service Delivery Teams, Pre-Sales Support team, regional Sales Teams, and regional Operational teams to ensure alignment and effective deployment of delivery resources.
- Deliver complex projects to high levels of client satisfaction and financial acumen, overseeing the quality and client satisfaction of projects assigned to other project managers.
- Assure compliance with Quality Gates Principles as per the GTT PM Methodology.
- Manage virtual teams of project managers and provide weekly RAG status updates on complex projects in Europe.
- Build and manage European Service Delivery collateral to support the sales team and other stakeholders.
- Minimize GTT's commercial and legal risk and exposure on all complex projects during the delivery phase.
- Align with the Directors, Project Management, to support the global GTT PM community in operating the same process and systems, providing the same client experience.

Candidate Experience:
- Evidence of ability to manage C-suite interactions with clients, vendors, partners, and internal GTT departments.
- A strong understanding of ICT or networking principles.
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills in English and preferably another relevant European language.
- Excellent matrix management and ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships.
- Proven ability to manage projects from business case through to implementation.
Qualifications/Courses:
- A Bachelor's degree, or higher, or significant experience from a telecoms background.
- ITIL qualifications highly desirable.
- Prince II practitioner or equivalent Project Management qualification (PMI, etc).
